Who we are

Built to compete.

Waves Baseball is a 9U travel team out of Huntington, professionally trained at Team Francisco’s academy in Farmingdale. We play a full East Coast Youth Baseball season and enter the tournaments that test us.

We are building a class of hardworking, purpose-driven athletes — kids who chase success and learn what it feels like when the work shows up in a win. Winning matters here, because winning is what makes the work make sense. That is how you get players who can still compete at 12U and 14U, so we schedule up, we track everybody’s numbers, and every kid gets real innings while we do it.

We earn the

What the season is for

Four goals.

  1. Make every kid the best player they can be.

Every game is scored, and every player’s batting, pitching and fielding is tracked and shared with their family. Progress gets measured, not claimed.

  2. Give them the resources to get there.

Weeknight practices through the season, indoor work over the winter, and a real Pitch Smart rest schedule so arms are looked after.

  3. Make it fun.

A nine-year-old who dreads Tuesday does not get better. We celebrate the good play loudly and get to the kid having the hard one first.

  4. Teach them how to win.

We schedule up and play the best teams we can find. Losing a close one teaches more than winning an easy one, and they find out they belong.
